Mercy Home Health Services in Sacramento

The Mercy Home Health program offers a full range of quality home health care options for patients recently discharged from the hospital, as well as homebound individuals throughout the Sacramento region who need additional home health care.

Our home health program also provides care for mothers and babies, special needs children and other patients referred by doctors, insurers, hospitals and community agencies.

Some of our home health services include:

  • Help with recovery after cardiac surgery
  • Assistance in walking after hip replacement surgery
  • Wound care
  • Intravenous therapies
  • Physical therapy
  • Occupational therapy
  • Speech therapy

Mercy Hospice Program from Dignity Health

The Mercy Hospice program provides special care for terminally ill patients and their family members. Mercy Hospice provides physical, emotional and spiritual comfort and care in the supportive surroundings of the patient's place of residence.

Our hospice program is certified and licensed to provide Medicare and Medi-Cal Hospice benefits, in addition to serving the hospice care needs of patients with private insurance.
