Rehabilitation Services

Sacramento's FIRST CARF Accredited Rehabilitation Facility

Dignity Health’s Sacramento hospitals strive to provide rehabilitative care in an environment that encourages recovery, independence and a positive sense of well-being.

Our rehabilitation team works with patients to set goals and develop an individualized treatment program to help them learn self-advocacy, responsibility and self-management.
